2. Acceptance of Terms

All visitors and clients must agree to these conditions before using any offering from MentorAxisLab.

3. Services

Our services include personalized mentoring sessions, workshops, and group coaching tailored to professional growth.

4. Digital Products

Our digital products consist of online courses, guides, and learning materials delivered electronically upon purchase.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed manuals, workbooks, and branded items shipped to your address.

6. Refund Policy

MentorAxisLab provides clear guidelines for refund requests across different offering types.

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within seven days of their first session start date. Refunds are processed for any prepaid sessions not yet delivered. Sessions attended or materials accessed are not eligible. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

6.2 Digital Products

Full refund requests for digital products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if no module has been accessed. Once a course or material has been opened or downloaded, the purchase is considered final.

6.3 Physical Goods

If you ship back an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, you may receive a refund for the item cost. Shipping fees are non-recoverable.

7. Rescheduling

Mentoring sessions can be rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session start time.
